Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged during delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The original seal and packaging must be intact.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided as proof.

Return requests submitted without proof of damage may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • The fragrance has been opened or used.
  • The customer does not like the scent.
  • The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product packaging is tampered with or missing.

Because fragrances are personal care products, returns for preference or scent dissatisfaction are not supported.

Damaged Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or leaking perfume bottle, please contact support within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged perfume bottle
  • Photos of the outer packaging

After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be available if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was shipped

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a replacement will be shipped.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
